During the first consultation, you will educate me on your business. You will identify where you see weakness or opportunity for growth, and how I can fill those roles. We will discuss your current daily operations and programs for doing so. We will come to a mutual understanding of your expectations and goals.
Proposal and plan
After obtaining a mutual understanding of your expectations and goals, I will come up with a proposal for daily tasks, projects, and/or long term operations. I will present you with the proposal, and we will set a concrete contract/plan.
Based on our agreement and plan, I will begin managing administrative and operational tasks. I will provide as much or as little assistance as directed, in order to provide the change you are seeking.
