Initial meeting
During the first consultation, you will educate me on your business. You will identify where you see weakness and we will discuss opportunities for growth. We will discuss your current daily operations and programs for doing so. We will come to a mutual understanding of your expectations and goals.
Proposal and plan
After obtaining a mutual understanding of your expectations and goals, I will come up with a proposal for daily tasks, projects, and/or long term operations. I will present you with the proposal, and we will set a concrete contract/plan.

Based on our agreement and plan, I will begin managing marketing and operational tasks. I will provide as much or as little assistance as directed, in order to provide the change you are seeking.
